New skin for The Nurse "Consumed uniform" hand visual glitch

I am on PC
The new nurse skin has a weird visual bug which makes the texture on the hand very blurry, low res and stretchy.
It has been consistent throughout the past 5 or so games as well as when I went in a custom game to get a screenshot.

Also for some additional info I am running the game on high graphics, 120 fps, TAA anti-aliasing and FSR off. Not sure if its relevant but yea
