unable to unhook teammate on Nostromo Wreckage
Step 1: boot the game
Step 2: play as survivor
Step 3: teammate gets hooked in the main room of the main building on Nostromo Wreckage
Step 4: try to unhook, prompt will not appear

Could also reproduce this today on Nostromo.
Additional information:
- Survivor hooked was a Feng Min
- Felix, Cheryl and David could all not unhook
- The Hook was the one beside the main entrance of the main building

Had today same problem on the Swamp map. Hook Before main building.

Saw this happen on a stream on Eyrie of Crows, for hook near the shack. All teammates tried to unhook but couldn't, the prompt didn't appear. Also saw a clip of this bug happening on Decimated Borgo, so I really don't know what's causing it. -_-

Happend just right now on the swamp map. Two different hooks, two different survivors. The hook in front of the big ship and the other one at the back behind the bridge.
Two players could not get unhooked at second hook. The unhook option would not show up and could not used.
Same player, even tried repairing before unhooking, no change.
