Does Freddy Krueger need another rework or just QoL changes?

He needs a rework from ground up.

A minor rework, sure.
I think the main things he needs are:
1) Give him more snares.2) Make Snares better.
3) Make Dream Pallets a normal part of his power rather than an addon that replaces the Snares.
4) Allow teleporting to completed Generators.
5) Rework addons because pretty much all of them are borderline useless or even outright detrimental.

Another Rework
It can do many things, but all of them have been nerfed, resulting in a killer with specs that are lacking in everything. As with all killers in recent years, I would like you to seriously rethink the design of what only he can do.
