Sometimes the circle isn't spawning. Didn't show up at least once on Lery's in the Operating Theater Basement.

If the Invoke completes before 90 seconds from Corrupt Intervention are up, the BNP effect doesn't apply to the locked gens. This may apply to other Generator locking perks as well. Kind of an expensive perk for the effect to just not apply.
3.
If fully plague infected survivors come over to the circle and sit down with their hands to themselves and join the invoke, it spreads infection.
