Game Afoot dont work with killer powers

Game Afoot, the Skull Merchant perk that give you 5% haste for 10s when you break a pallet or gen while chasing the obsession, is not working with killer powers.

The perk was supposed to give you the 5% haste regardless of whether you broke a pallet manually or used a killer power (like Demogorgon's shred or Nemesis' tentacle), but since the last update, this no longer happens.

I tested this in 4 different matches using Demogorgon and Nemesis, and at no point did I receive the haste buff when chasing the obsession, only when breaking pallets manually. It's quite sad since this perk is already not used much, and this further reduces the number of killers where it could be used.

I'd like to know if this is really considered a bug, or if this is how the perk was supposed to work.
