endgame collapse timer is grey when it isnt supposed to be

I had a match where no-one was hooked or slugged yet the timer was grey and slowed down. this was on pc

  I can confirm [PC] this consistently happens when you slug a survivor with Adrenaline and then close hatch.

  If they exit the dying state once again, the timer goes back to normal.
