Does anyone else crash consistently in the new store? Any solutions?

I tried reporting this problem in the bug section, but BHVR declined it and told me to ask about it here. Whenever I enter the store, and stay there for not even a minute, my game just freezes and crashes to the desktop with this fatal error:

I have never had this problem until the update that changed up the store and game engine. Anyone have any idea in what I might need to do to fix this?

    dude, I have the same exact problem, and it doesn't matter how much time I spend looking on the internet, I can't find a solution, and I'm mad, because I spent 20 bucks on this game, so either Behaviour gives my 20 bucks back or give me a solution… it's been almost a month that I posted my report on this crashing, but I got no response from Behaviour nor anyone

    The only response that Behaviour gave me was basically "lmao not gonna do anything about it go ask someone else"

    I never had this problem at all prior to the update so it's quite clearly on their end no matter how much they deny it. I'd love it if they could at least pretend to care or offered some solutions instead of blowing me off.

    I am also experiencing too many disconnections, when I have not even been in a game for 5 minutes. This morning I logged in at 10:00am to play, and in a few minutes the game froze and kicked me out, indicating a disconnection from the server. They blocked me from searching for players for 24 hours. And I've already had 6 hour penalties in the last few days. The servers are annoying terribly. It's not my internet connection nor is it my PS5.

    I've been noticing people disconnecting in some of the matches I've been playing in recently. Not sure what may be causing it to happen to some people more than others.

    This morning the 24-hour penalty was lifted. I was able to play 2 games and in the third, it had been going on for about 5 minutes and it disconnected me. They penalized me again and now for 48 hours. The problem with the DBD servers is too much.

    Every option in the game is generating errors. In the lobby, in the blood network, during the game, in the store.
