Dear New Survivors
Due to non-existing matchmaking SoloQ is quite a pain in the khemmm. And much too often the difference is not about how great of a looper one is, but the general strategic decisions. Take a look of a prime example how NOT to play. Pay attention to my team's icons and activity while I loop and count how many gens could have been done.. This is just my input so you have some incentive to become better versions of yourselves. Watching some streamers (Mish is a wholesome and explains a lot about the game) is a major help if you are just starting as well.

Yea touching themselves, doing nothing then stacking gens.
Just a lack of knowledge.2 -
It would be nice idea to have perk that gives some kind of a map (highlight gens) to other teammates while being chased with some additional effect.

perk Deja Vu is not doing exactly that but it helps locating gens.

In the first clip Meg is healing Min and Yui is on a gen; once the healing is done they go to a gen and start working on it.
In the second clip Min is dead (and you only have 1 hook, I guess it wasn't optimal to take a down for a teammate) and Meg is healing Yui. After the heal Meg starts a hat box and Yui gets on a gen. Meg's hat isn't active so instead of doing more boxes she gets on the gen with Yui.
Healing against a stealth killer isn't a bad idea, why are you mad?

#1 clip- look how much time they wasted by doing nothing. It is just not smart decision. One can play like that but it gets teams killed.
#2clip- is typical beginners mistake. Injured surv hadnt been even hooked and was safe (because I was in chase) but chose to stop repair for heals and prevented trapped surv to get off the reverse bear trap and not finishing gen- lose -lose.
FYI- I am not mad. This purely educational.

I agree. In the first video, there was about twenty seconds wasted by Feng and Meg after the heal (which I assume was them looking for a gen) and the Yui wasted 23 seconds (probably being overly cautious due to TR). So there was indeed time wasted but nothing too egregious.
The second video the Meg wasted about 20 seconds healing the Yui and then tried to remove her RBT, but then got on the gen. Again not optimal, but also not egregious.
The steps they took made them ready to come unhook you; be able to take chase; and not give an easier down to the killer. It wasn't optimal, but I probably wouldn't be upset with their performance. Nice runs btw.

Do you think they loaded into the game only when I started my first chase? They had plenty time to see their surrounding gens. Defending this just means you could be part of the problem.
I only hope this serves you as a reminder that there is a room for improvement.

A bigger problem is min/maxxers with an attitude that seep the fun out of the game for everyone else. I'd take the 'non-optimal but productive' teammate over the 'overly intense toxic one' any day of the week (although the toxic ones do make for interesting endgame chat, lol). In your eyes, apparently you don't need to improve. But the vast majority of DBD players have room for improvement.
These guys I can work with (and probably even get a couple of them out).

So why don't you show us the entire clip? You do not have spectator mode during game - you can't check what they were doing "wasting time". Probably en route to a gen. This is the least of the issues the current DbD meta has. If you want "perfect" team mates, I'm sure Otz, Ayrun or some other streamers are looking for an extra for their SWF group.
Current issue is with tunneler, campers, sluggers and that in another thread people are requesting emotes which means at least a whole minute of using emotes instead of doing gens.
