  they start at 16:30 cest but the actual main part starts at 17. i guess some lead up will be shown, fog whisperer clips, that anniversary clip they have already revealed on YouTube etc.

  The countdown starts at 10:30 AM ET and the stream at 11:00 AM ET, it's going to be both on Twitch and YouTube.
