Access denied - LS - 0021

Hi, today I wanted to play dbd but it showed me this error. When I clicked on the "learn more" It advised me to Following:

1. Go to www.epicgames.com.
2. Login to the Epic Games account you’re using.
3. Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on Account.
4. Click on Transactions.
5. Determine if you have a purchase on the account or not.

If you see a completed purchase for the game, double-check if you’re logged into that account on the Epic Games Launcher. If you’re not, logout and login with the correct one to access your game.

If you don’t see a completed purchase for the game here you’re not logged into the correct Epic Games account. You’ll have to determine the correct one to login that you previously made a purchase on. If you aren’t able to locate the account please reach out to us and we’ll be glad to help you locate it.

I followed the steps as advised and I purchased the game on 12/2/2021 when it was for free for a few days. So yes, the transaction happened but for free. After this I looked into the epic games app to see the game in library now labeled as "get". So does this mean that I have to pay for this game now? Did I lost all the achievements and hour that I spent in this game? I'm very confused why It appeared now. Does anyone have this same problem or do you know how to fix this please? I don't mind paying for it, I just don't wanna lose my hours and achievements.
