That level of prestiges you notice the change
So, again idk why these are still shown to the killer before a match… But I’ve reached the point where every killer that doesn’t dodge puts on their anti-Seal-team 6 swf builds. And then I’m reminded, I don’t play my main anymore because I can’t play casual DBD if I’m not dodged outright.
when are prestige levels going to be hidden?

BHVR is more likely to shut down the game rather than deny killers the ability to lobby shop.

All I can say is that its most likely placebo
I myself have a P100 meg, and Ive started playing David (P11) more since he was my 2nd main survivor back in the day and I've noticed absolutely no difference in my games.
Would it be nice to have prestiges hidden? I mean sure, but I guarantee you it wont make a difference. Go play with your main.1 -
The reason is you have to divide the Prestige of Meg by 10. A general rule for all Meg-players. So your P100-Meg is actually a P10-regular Survivor.
@Topic:
Yeah, agreed. In general, ALL information (aside from Characters and Items) should be removed from the Killer. No point in them seeing names and profiles, gameplay-wise there is no reason to show this to the Killer.
Or they put a penalty on Lobby-dodging, which increases the wait time by lets say 30 seconds each time a Killer dodges a Lobby. It is mind-baffling that they are allowed to go for the easiest games they can find without any real penalty, that they can shop lobbies until they found 4 players with low hours or something like that.(In general, Killers dont use the information in the pregame Lobby to prepare, they just use it to dodge. And this is not the purpose of the pregame Lobby)

it’s not a placebo effect just because it doesn’t happen to you. BHVR beta tested hiding lobby prestige’s because of so many complaints from people having this issue. Glad it doesn’t seem to happen to you but it does happen. Same reason why I barely play my P100 Sheva anymore unless I’m in a full SWF.

You know you’re right. I’ve gone against 0 of the builds I have today when I was playing my p3 Sable. Must be completely placebo.

I couldn’t dodge even if I wanted too. 95% of my matches have 1-2 P100s. It’s important not to hide prestige so that way baby killers can dodge. Because as some people have told me they went against P100 survivors with 1,500 hours when they only had 50-100 hours

And they havent released that data, nor have they taken action since.
Probably a good indication that theres barely a difference if any

This I also agree with. Im not opposed to having prestiges hidden in the pregame lobby, but it shouldnt be a reason not to play your main.

Yeah, my P100 Nurse gets dodged nearly ever lobby. Never had this problem at P69.

honestly it would be fair to show the killer and prestige level. I mean, if it’s just a placebo… what should be the harm?
