Favorite perk and why?
Share your favorite perk for survivor or killer and explain why its your favorite. If you want you can even share one from survivor and killer but that is up to you.
My favorite perk has to be adrenaline because of how many times it has come in clutch. Its really fun to be in a chase get hit and have adrenaline pop.

Hex: Devour Hope.
I think it's obvious as to why i would pick it, but: KILL, KILL, KILL!

Alert hands down- Bc I’m a dark assassin.

Head on. It just feels so good when you stun the killer from the locker. Like nearly assasin lol

I love Insidious on Legion. Just hook someone and trick them into thinking you just left with Monitor then when someone saves just run around the corner in a Feral Frenzy and scare everyone half to death!

Bond for survivors. You don't need to get prepared when you hear terror radius, you can see the killer chasing someone. You can see which generators are being worked on or sometimes which totems get destroyed. You can see if someone else is going for the save and many other things. I can't play without it.
BBQ for killers. Easy aura reading ability, saves a lot of time and allows you to initiate another chase easily. Bonus bloodpoints can be used to get better addons as well. One of the best killer perks out there.

Survivor: Balanced Landing (but enjoying Dead Hard at the moment, so I might run both)
Oh yeah, explanation: I thought BL is pretty weak, but then I realized it is not as situational as I first thought. Since then I am using it and it helps me a lot.
Killer: Devour Hope or Spirit Fury, cannot decide.
Gathering Tokens is fun and it is a cool experience when you get the 5 Tokens. For Spirit Fury, I simply like that it can surprise people and with Enduring I simply like how less ######### are given during a Pallet Stun.

There's not one perk that has given me as much value as Iron Will.

I really like Save The Best For Last, smack them and continue the chase almost immediately

Really good with Mad Grit if you suspect they're gonna try to bodyblock and Franklin's Demise for shits and giggles.

You just gave me a powerful weapon😈
I'll use it wisely

Mad Grit is especially amazing against body blockers because you get free hits while the person on your shoulder is unable to increase the wiggle meter. It's particularly good with 110% killers because those are the ones survivors try to body block the most, in my experience.

Maybe Nurse as well? I've been trying to play Nurse lately but it's difficult on PS4
0 -
I don't usually play the Nurse, but I run a slugging build. Body blocking isn't an issue there.

Vigil - That 33 second cool down SB makes me squeal like the Op survivor I am
Urban Evasion - Sacrifice a bit of speed for less chance of being seen? HELL YEAH
BBQ&C - I. Like. Points.

Hands down Franklin's Demise. A lobby full of toolboxes/medkit is getting a troll build with Franklin's. I don't necessarily plan on winning the trial but it's so fun running around claiming everyones tool boxes. Someone has the keep the survivor add-on count in line.

Bond: Being able to see your teammates auras can help when one of them is being chased within your terror radius. It also comes in handy when somebody is injured and you want to go and heal / help them.
Iron Will: Helps during chases. It isn't necessary to have during chases and I've escaped plenty of chases without it, however, it really comes in useful when the killer comes straight back to your hook as normally they assume you've ran off and try to track down your cries of pain, so you can literally sit near the hook and not worry about being knocked down again. Also helps when you want to unhook another survivor but are injured, you don't need to worry about healing up first if the killer is within a close proximity of the hook.
Urban Evasion: I love being able to sneak around fast, this paired with Iron Will can be such a life saver. Especially if you need to sneak around an obstacle whilst the killer is patrolling your area. This has helped me to remain out of sight plenty of times and I notice a big difference when I don't use it. Also THE HAG.
Self-Care: Do I need to explain this one?

Survivor: Stake Out and Lightweight. I only have SO on Tapp but oh boy I love getting great skill checks and getting gens done without a toolbox or ruin. Lightweight because I like having invisible footsteps.
Killer: Bbq. Hands down. I love getting bp and the aura reading is nice too. I would not have reached 1 mil bp this chapter without bbq on Freddy.

@pemberley Is Lightweight worth trying out then? I was using Iron Will, Self-Care, Urban Evasion and Quick & Quiet on my Meg last night and I was tempted to switch out Self-Care for Lightweight, but wasn't sure how useful it was...

I have been using it for a while now on my Dwight and Nea, and I know it’s rather impossible to tell how well it’s working for you, but I have not only survived but managed to lose killers in a chase several times since equipping it. Your footsteps fade really fast and either the killer has to keep a watchful eye on the ground or have you in their sights to get you. Playing killer, I also know that some maps also make it hard to see tracks like in Coldwind.
I love Urban evasion but tbh after lightweight, I have to say lightweight seems to be better for stealth ironically. You go fast and you go quiet. I use both on Nea though. It makes for handy dandy evasion.

Survivor: We'll Make It. I absolutely love the design of getting someone off the Hook and healing them up so fast, especially once the Perk is activated, I can heal everyone with that 100% Speed bonus and trust me...it's come in clutch A LOT.
Killer: Hex: Devour Hope. I love that this Perk gives you 3 benefits the more tokens you get. Balanced by being a Hex Perk, it's ability to down Survivors fast and,of it stays long enough, gives you a delicious free Mori for everyone left alive! It also promotes going after multiple Survivors, since you need 5 Tokens which means 5 Hooks.

@pemberley I'll give it a go tonight. I would switch-out Urban Evasion for it, but I just know I'll do that and end up in a Hag match. So looks like Self-Care has to go. 😂

Don’t need to heal yourself if you don’t get caught. ;)

The old WGLF was where it was at before it got nerfed. 100,000 bp per game.

The single one perk that I curse myself the most whenever I'm not taking it is Bamboozle. Not always useful, but there are a lot of maps where it's a must: Léry's, Crotus Prenn maps, Mother's Dwelling, and some others too.
Unfortunately, it's almost completely useless on The Game, but I'm willing to risk that.
For survivor, it's Urban without question.

For survivors, definitely Iron will because I get rekt without it.
For killers, undoubtedly A Nurses Calling. Without it I suck.

Survivor:
Bond & Urban Invasion.
Bond is great for sidestepping survivors who are being chased.
Urban Invasion is game-changing. My survival rate skyrockets with it.
Killers:
Bloodhound - I'm really awful at tracking and the distance from my couch to my tv makes it hard for me to see the bloodspots without my glasses. I run bloodhound on almost all of my killers.
