Generator & Gen Regression changes

To help killers with generators and make gen-regression perks less of a meta and annoying thing to deal with for Survivors, I suggest following best kit changes to at least test. Killers will always use all gen defence perks even if they suck because no gen regresion persk atm is just asking for trouble for killers and its stresfull.

Time to complete a Generator = 90 → 105 seconds. (+15s)

Default regression speed increased by +25% (from all sources).

Instant default regression when kicked gen by the killer = 2.5% —> 3.5%.

Maximum regression events on Generator = 8 —> 7 times.

All regression or gen block related perks would be nerfed depending on their strenght and how offten you can use them. The top regression perks like Pop and Pain Res would be nerfed almost in half of their value. Example ideas:

Pain Res = 12% per unique hook of total progress.

Pop = 15% of current progress.

Surge = -5% instatntly to all near by gens (was 8%).

etc.

etc. This way it will nerf almost in half all the regression perks but base kit would be hugely buff to make meta more unique and slowdown way less of mandatory.

current regression per kick is 5%, not 2.5%. 25% is probably too little. I would be suggesting 50%. The total gen charges is fine where it is at. The charges need to be large enough that the killer doesn't have ultra bad early game but not so much that generator feel like an eternity to finish.

The gen perks are in an ok spot. the problem in the killer meta is that the other perks that are not gen perks feel low impact. Right now the other perks barely feel like choices where is why large sum of killer players are default to gen perks because they actually do something. there is strictly a lack of creative freedom for killer to try different builds.

While I understand the point of this post (and other ones akin to this), forcing one side to continuously hold one button for even longer periods to complete their main objective is nothing short of miserable

We could brainstorm new ways to make gens more engaging besides implementing these basekit changes, or at least make skill checks more frequent/look into perks that affect skill checks on both sides (a bandaid fix but worth considering imo)
