i also found a squad with 2 instaheals and a loaded toolbox who responded with "what meta its random perks"

kudos to bhvr for being consistent on making every aspect of dbd anything but casual

im still gonna play this mode though because the pros outweighs the cons. the game feels fresh

I think Chaos Shuffled has allowed me to have the most fun I've had in a few years. Mostly because no ones perks are planned and all people can bring is addons and items. There's no one running 4 slow down perks, there's no one running 4 second chance perks. Everything is just pure random and relies on the players knowledge to utilize the hand they're given in each game. Because of that all the games I've had are chill where either people are learning to adapt with the perks that they are given or I see actual interesting plays. There were a couple of games where killers specifically would tunnel and no one had a solution due to all perks being random but outside of those 2 games my experience has been great.

Personally I want the mode to be permanent I've actually enjoyed the first day of playing so much. The only thing I'd possibly consider wanting changed is just restricting killers and survivors from bringing items and addons but outside of that I just find the mode to be very enjoyable.

Maybe something that could happen is a random couple of offerings are automatically put into play by the game itself for more randomness but I couldn't really say.
