How to deal with harassment in DBD that is being enabled by DBD team/Behavior Interactive
The last two times I have encountered the same player that claims to "know one of the devs/friend works at Behavior". Both times I was banned for 'griefing'. Each time I avoided saying anything inflamatory or even engaging with the hompphobic troll that is repeatedly reporting me. My partner and I play together for every trial, and we both have screen recordings showing I'm not griefing….I'm just not good at the game.
Anyway, any time I try to engage service, I don't get any support. We both know it is the same homophobic player that reports and gets me banned. Anyone know how to report this kind of thing and actually get help?

It could be that you are getting mass reported by the player you are referring to with multiple accounts and you are getting auto-banned. I'm not even sure if that's a system DBD would even use, and to be honest I doubt that is the case. Manual reviews after someone gets flagged is what is likely happening and they might just deem you to be griefing. Without context/video evidence no one on the forums can truly know.
Moderators/BHVR employees would be the only ones to give you a reliable answer. If you had provided us with the mentioned screen recordings then maybe we could come to an informed conclusion1 -
Mass reporting with multiple accounts isn’t possible. You can only report the player in game that you played a match with. Somehow this player seems to be getting constantly matched with the same other player who keeps reporting them, is what it looks like.
OP have you reported this player for harassment? If they’re making homophobic remarks to you in chat that is reportable.

Fair points. My question being how to get personalized support on a circumstance outside of the prefabricated response still remains. Just curious if anyone on the forum has experience. TY :)
