Petition to Make Chaos Shuffle a Permanent game mode.
Dear developers, please make Chaos Shuffle a permanent game option (but please make items and addons randomized too).
This mode adds a whole new level of fun to the game and there are many players, including myself, who love this mode and want to see it as a permanent feature.
Please let's this happen!

Agree. As a solo survivor I find this significantly more fun than the base game.

I'd be so down for it. I'm still happy with the base game but permanent Chaos Shuffle would be dope

Agreed.

Yes, please

Definitely.
From what I've seen most people want it as a permanent option.

I havent tried it yet. Whats great about it? If it gets away from the normal regression/tunneling meta and is just plain fun, heck yeah!

I agree, but imo do away with items, add-ons and offerings on the whole for the purpose of this. Be at the complete mercy of the Entity's whims.

Personally I think it's fun because the random perks you get are a great way to test out new builds you never thought of, give perks a chance, or sometimes just laugh at how terrible it is. I like the challenge it gives because you can test your base-game skills without being perk reliant. As far as tunneling, it's still very prominent, as the chances of anti-tunnel perks is as random as gen regress perks, but luckily it feels less than the standard game mode. People still ######### on 1st hook and slug and stuff but it's still fun I think. You should give it a try! :)

Even in a modifier, they still need to resort to that lol. Good to know who can play the game and who needs the crutches. Ill try it when I get home! Ty :

I guess I'm getting different games than you guys. Every CS game as survivor had a super aggressive killer that goes out of their way to get someone out, more so than a regular game and my rando teammates kept going down shortly after a chase. It was unplayable. I had to play only killer to get my challenges done.

I'm down for this!! ⭐️

Absolutely agree. Devs, you struck gold with this mode! Please bring it in permanently!

I'm down for this. Though I would appreciate it if No Mither was removed from the pool of perks survivors get. It really is unfair to have that perk w/o complimentary perks. I personally don't have an issue with the players choosing items or add ons but I'd like a restriction on nothing above green rarity.

I wanted to jump on the 'make chaos shuffle permanent' movement because it's so refreshing to play. I have way more fun without the killers running all the same perks. I also like being forced out of my comfort zone, eg; not always using windows of opportunity. Not only has it made me a better player but it also makes me take the game less seriously and actually have fun. PLEASE BHVR! KEEP CHAOS SHUFFLE AROUND! To keep it fresh and to prevent it from getting boring you could make the modifier only come around for one week a month, or on the weekends, during events, etc. As long as Chaos Shuffle comes back at some point I guarantee me and many other players will thank you for it! <3

Me and my friends have loved this chaos gamemode, would love to see it stay or at least come back soon!

Chaos mode has been a lot of fun.
Way more than the normal game.
Please make it permanent.

Chaos Shuffle makes everything random as it was intended. Sometimes someone will get a lucky meta roll but for the most part everyone has to constantly adapt to what they're given which is what's made the gamemode so fun.
The main changes I'd make are mainly for survivor being don't have certain perks in the loadout if another is present. For example - Only one exhaustion perk, no mither can be an option but not with self care for example, just basic stuff like that.
Maybe the option to somehow reroll your perks but I feel that would need a menu just before the round begins in the trial itself.

I want to put my +1 into making this permanent as well, even if it’s just permanent in the form of going into a public lobby with completely random perks (and if you want to get spicy, add one offerings and items). Honestly really really sad it’s going away.

Where can I sign?

I am only one of many, MANY people who believes that chaos shuffle is something worthy of being more than just an event. I realize that 2v8 (when finalized) was planned to be the first permanent alternative gamemode, but I genuinely feel like Chaos Shuffle should never leave. I haven't heard a single person complain about the mode, and it has some serious longevity.
This mode feels like a strange alternative to something people have been wanting for years. People have asked for a separate competitive queue for ages, but we didn't realize we were already playing it. Chaos Shuffle is DBDs casual mode, where nobody is focused on meta or optimization. This is the party game that DBD began as.
Being 100% genuine, I see zero reason not to keep Chaos Shuffle in rotation as a permanent secondary mode. Dailys or the new challenges could even be made encouraging the different modes (i.e. escape 1 match of Chaos shuffle). This mode is genuinely one of the best things BHVR has ever added to this game, and I sincerely hope they don't just drop it like it's nothing.

So many people have been enjoying this new mode (and we've been asking for it ever since it appeared as single challenges in a past tome!), and we want it to stay permanently.
It is really fun, and it's really nice knowing that it's highly unlikely that the opposition has an overkill perk combo.
I would just like for these to be disabled in this mode, because they incentivize sweating:
- map offerings, mori offerings, white and black wards
I would like the mode to keep the items and addons, because without those the mode would be dry and bland.

100% keep the mode around for longer (read: permanent).
It has been such a refreshing breeze, playing against other things than just pain res + pop non stop.
Although, like someone else have mentioned, limiting item/add-on usage (strong killer add-ons, or brand new parts) and certain offerings (moris, maps and wards, as well as altering the spawn of basement/hatch). This would absolutely make this mode perfect, and well balanced for both sides.
And yes, bad survivor perk combos should be avoided (like disabling No Mither).1 -
I would also like for this modifier to become an actual game mode.

Agreed. Seeing less of the meta perks in action on both sides is a delight

im with it!!

It is impossible not to respect these opinions for the negative reason that the connection will be dispersed. Now is the time for devs to prove that they are there for the players.
