graphics change?

when i played on ptb the game looked more fluid, more optimised, but on the live build the graphics look kinda weird and i'm noticing that the fps have actually dropped.
anyone else noticing this? or just me? (pc version btw)

My game feels laggy rn. Happened in the ptb as well.. it's not because of my specs since i can run any game at 60 fps..
