Raise the bloodpoint cap

While 2 million is certainly better than 1 million, I think the cap should be raised to say, 5 million bloodpoints, especially since during rifts and events they can start piling up rather quickly. Raising the cap would allow more time before you'd have to spend them, if you don't want to stop earning them.
