Blood rush buff
When on death hook, press the active ability button to instantly recover from all negative status effects (broken, exposed, etc) instead of just exhaustion.

I like the idea. Only issue I see is it can directly counter some killer powers which I know the devs didn’t want to be a thing. Like instantly removing Ghostface Exposed for example. Maybe make it just on death hook you can press the active button to remove Exhaustion, minus the needing to be full health stipulation it has to make it a little easier to use? Idk how balanced this would be though. I generally really dislike second chance perks, especially ones that have no skill requirement.

Maybe instead of instantly getting rid of all negative status effect, it gives a vigil but at like 100% for 20 seconds. and vigil dosen't effect killers powers since the timer is on the power itself and not the status effect.

i agree that injured stimulation holds it back. I could imagine survivors using decisive strike, sprint burst and blood rush as anti-tunnel build. you get DS anti-tunnel for first hook and than you get bloodrush+sprint burst on second hook.
