game crashes on loadscreens sometimes b4 game sometimes after

i uninstalled game cause i was really upset with it just b4 the engine update after a month i reinstalled it now it crashes on loads. Ive verified game files on steam uninstalled reinstalled and tried running as admin nothing on an all amd pc

    I have the same issue for years, but for me it not only crashes the game but also my graphics drivers... Dbd is the only game that does it and I have no clue why...
