Matchmaking Ban

I have been playing dead by daylight for a couple of years now, but recently my games been freezing and kicking me out of games. Due to this the game keeps giving me a matchmaking ban even though its out of my control. If someone could sort this out that would be great.

You aren't the only one to encounter this issue. Do some search into this forum as in the bug section: freezes, disconnections & bans are the main words for your search.

yeah, it is definitely irritating when the game disconnects. I actually had it happen enough times in a row (it kicks me out to main menu) recently that I got a 15 minute ban.
