NA east servers/DC penalty

I don’t know what to do anymore. 

I’m on my third 3 day penalty. I have had an Ethernet cable connecting my pc directly to my router. Everything used to work great, even if my WiFi was a little shotty sometimes. I played for two years on this wifi and only ever had a couple DCs every now and then due to it, maybe 15 min at the most of a penalty. 

I just don’t understand what’s happening now? I can play basically one round if I’m lucky before I disconnect and it says “dedicated server not found.” Or something similar. And then I’m punished for something that’s out of my control. 

Like I’m just genuinely confused at this point. Support doesn’t do anything. My wifi hasn’t changed at all between the months I was at school and now. Idk man. I’ve tried asking support if it could possibly be their servers but I just get some automated response. I’ve troubleshooted and updated drivers etc. 

I can’t even play the game anymore. I feel that at MOST, the DC penalty should be an hour. Making it multiple days just kills any motivation to play the game at all. I get that it’s supposed to deter DC’ing, but maybe fix your servers if you’re going to make it that long? for the people who aren’t trying to DC?
