Is this Skull Merchant Addon Secretly broken?

I already know that Skull Merchant alone is a controversial topic, but while looking at her add-ons, I saw the "Adaptive Lighting" add-on. The add-on says, "Increases the duration of the Undetectable status effect by 20%." It doesn't explicitly specify if this affects only the undetectable status effect you get after placing a drone. So I'm wondering, would this add-on increase the undetectable status effect duration on perks like Tinkerer? I try in customs but fail with tinkerer procs twice in one window, screwing it up and human error. I know the answer might be obvious due to this being an add-on, not something like the old tinkerer. But I'm curious about the answer even if the answer could just be explained about how the add-on is worded.
