Badham needs to be less vertical

Who has the time to check 3 generators, all far from each other, that require massive detours?

No, I haven't had a bad game just now, but I got it reminded to me by another post and holy #########, Badham is a pain.

I like the vertical maps. Better than only flat maps.

My changes to Badham would be to remove the Shack from all variations. And then shrink it by removing the tiles that the shack previously took up.

A smaller map with one less strong tile to get dragged to would definitely improve the gameplay of the map, for starters. And in addition to that, it would also make basement a permanent spawn inside the main building, allowing Killers to always be able to get a hook if a Survivor goes down in the boiler room. As opposed to now, being forced to open the building up, making it harder for you to win a chase there later on, just to be able to hook them.

I would also make the white picket fence outside of the main building smaller.

Killer or survivor, i'm always disappointed loading into badham. As killer I hate how survivor sided the map is, and as survivor I hate that there's so many pointless variations making the map a chore to learn

Bonus point: If the stars align for the survivors you can get potentially three windows in a row that connects directly from the shack across a fence into the house; literally the cow tree situation with cold wind farm except it’s not at the border of the map and 150% more overpowered.

Nurse has time, if that helps.

Vertical maps are fine, the problem with Bedham though is it's a mix of that and how large the map can be. Killers that don't have reliable movement suffer hard.

totally agree Badham is such a poor map so play on, WAYY to many LOS breakers, like i think 3 gens can spawn inside of a building which makes it such a drag to patrol as killer unless your like Nurse??. It also has SOO mnay good loops, like I think the only loops that arent really god loops are the car and van loops which hurts M1 killer so much. AND there 5 types? this mad needs a sevre rework again

Badham has 4 buildings each with annoying windows, they feel awful to run as Killer.
Every living moment in this map is looking at their Survivor running into one of the other buildings wasting seconds.

Verticality isn't the problem. It's the size of the map combined with vertical safe spots. Plus the hook deadzone in the basement when the 'Basement' is in the shack.
