well, Susie got confirmed to be attracted to women in the comics I think.
Also there are licensed characters that are LGBTQ+, Sadako, Chatterer, I guess the Crypt TV legendary chars, edit: also Tubarao!

Have the developers said that DbD’s version of Sadako is intersex?I know the developers said the chapter was based on the original story, but as an avid fan of the novels I can confirm nothing from the novels actually made it into the chapter.
Most of the chapter is pulled from Ring (1998) and the rest, such as adult Yoichi, was made by BHVR.
Ring (1998) diverges quite significantly from the 1991 novel of the same name, including dropping sex and gender as prominent themes. In fact, the entire motivation for Sadako being thrown down the well is rewritten in the movie and no mention of her intersex status is ever made.
I’d like to think she is intersex in DbD — not least because the novel plot lines are criminally under-utilised in most adaptations — but I can’t find any evidence that they actually retained her AIS.
I’d LOVE to get a tome for Sadako to clear this up and explore her story more, but I don’t think they’ll do it to be honest. Sadako and Yoichi don’t get much in the way of cosmetics.

no I haven’t seen any official statements regarding Sadako in DbD and really am not that much into the source materials at all..
