Rightful owner achievement query
For this achievement it says you have to retrieve the hand or eye of Vecna along with killing all four survivors.
To retrieve it is there some specific interaction you need to do?

When a survivor with the hand or eye of vecna is in dying state and on death hook, you have a prompt to retrieve artifact which is a mini mori like Sadako.

Crazy that I've played 8 matches so far and not one survivor has picked up the hand or eye

it’s a 1:19 odds to get is and probably higher cause they are both insane and probably have a bit less chance of triggering

Dang. I got my adept 4k and I know one of them had the hand. But I locker grabbed them when they tried to use it and that was their last hook, so I never got the prompt.

Havant played it yet, do they need to have attuned or is it only if they haven't attuned or is it just whenever?

The survivor version of this is going to be annoying as a solo player. Best to play a lot while Vecna is a popular pick

I haven't played myself either, but this is from the wiki:
Survivors attuned to the Eye of Vecna or the Hand of Vecna with an accumulated 2 Hook Stages are vulnerable to The Lich recovering his Artefact from them.

I don't think the dice rolls are actually 'rare.'
I also had a 1 roll in this game.

If you remove the die roll, it's just a 5% chance to get an artifact. Between 7 chests that I believe also refresh over time, you should see the artifacts decently often.

I dunno - The odds of getting a 1 (rolled a mimic) and two 20's in 1 game leads me to believe the odds for items are higher than the actual d20/perceived odds.
I've played exactly 1 game as Survivor and had all the 'rare' events.
