No Quick & Quiet and sometimes no vault sound

Desc.: Even without the 'Quick & Quiet' Perk, survivor can produce no sound during a vault from his POV. But the notification to the killer works yet.
Steps to reproduce: vaulting a window during chase, maybe using Iron Will/Off The Record (I can't tell)
How often does this occur: sometimes/rarely

Same thing as killer against bots (they all have no perk):

can confirm vaulting as survivor sometimes doesn't give a sound. idk how to replicate it; it just happens randomly.

From the killer side against real survivors (no perk 'Quick & Quiet'):
Very annoying during chase but almost we still have the visual notification tho'.
