OG DBD Modifier?
What are your thoughts on doing an OG DBD modifier?
Play the game exactly as it was when it first came out?

It'd be nostalgic, and I'd marvel at the old graphics, but it would also be the most broken, unplayable filth imaginable. Mori's, Keys, BNP, Infinites. Just think about the current world order when NoeD returns to its hexless origins.
Are the first three killers the only options available, or are the other killers available in their launch forms?

Last part I'm not sure about.
Personally, as a modifier, I'd love to do it. Back then, nobody kew what they were doing so it would be interesting to see what happens now.

Lights Out was kind of... a full circle return, at least imo. Back to the hide and seek, like in the beginning

Killer would be unplayably bad.
It would be funny to see how far the game has come though.

Nah, thanks, but I can live without true infinites, double pallets at every corner, aso and things like 5 omega blink nurse with instant Mori.

Launch DbD isn't different from modern DbD in a fun way, it was just a worse game. Going back to that wouldn't make for a fun spin on gameplay, it would just be bad.

It would basically be a 0 K every single game... The game has true infinite, gens could not be regressed, entity blocker and Bloodlust did not exist... That mode would feel horrible to play xD

I feel like it would be equal parts mortifying and amazing. As someone who has only read about DBDs history…. it is sometimes baffling to me when people talk about "The Good Old Days" of DBD….
You say something like "Killers could just take a Iri morey and instantly kill a downed survivor", your brain just stops and goes…

that's the spirit! haha In my little oni you got instantly killed. I genuinely don't take modifiers seriously—just want to have fun and goof off. Would be fun to experience OG dbd imo

I think it would be interesting for those who did not play back then. But nobody would play killer, because survivor was beyond OP.
