PC - Game freezes on launch

Hi! Currently I'm encountering an issue where I can't play the game as it freezes after getting through the first 'dead by daylight' screen.

It won't go to the part where you press space/any key to load up the game.

The only fix I've found is to reinstall my GPU driver (which is up to date), and it's becoming really frustrating to have to do that every single time I want to play the game.

Is there a proper fix that will stop this issue occuring?

Methods I've tried:

  • Updating/reinstalling GPU driver (have to do this each time I want to play)
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the game on steam
  • Verifying my game files
  • Reinstalling/fixing EAC

    Same problem bro :( and also I've tried all methods and game still crashed after first scene :(
