they should make still sight 2 seconds but have it deactivate in chase

rn clearly its 4 seconds cause they dont want it to be used to win every mind game and want it to be more of a scouting tool given how it doesnt work when doing eny actions so why not just vastly shorted the time to activate but make it not activate in chase then it will feel more natural to use and will not be overly problematic its not being used in chase rn enyway so adding that wont be a problem and the only use case of it rn in a chase of hiding in a corner mid chase would lose chase enyway so it could make the perk feel alot better with relitivly no downsides expecialy as you need open handed to make it worth using most of the time enyway
