Dark Arrogance works with special vaults

Dark Arrogance incorrectly speeds up special vaults from killer powers, including Legion’s Frenzy vaults and Chucky’s Scamper. Works on both windows and pallets and works every time.
I also tried Wesker but I didn’t notice a difference with him, tbh I’m not sure if his was faster or not.
