Stop with the newsletters & give a universal code plz
Devs, can you guys please stop putting codes for BP, charms, banners, icons etc in the newsletter and just give the codes to everyone? People have been complaining for months about your newsletters never working. Several of us have subscribed on multiple emails just to cover our bases and we still never get anything (also have checked spam folders multiple times it’s not there)
It’s kinda unfair that a huge portion of people are missing out on these items all because your newsletter system does not work properly. Someone in another thread said that people who have reached out to support about it were told they couldn’t do anything.
You guys said you don’t want to create FOMO around cosmetics and items but people literally are missing out and can’t do anything about it because the problem is on your end. (I made a post on here a couple weeks ago full of screenshots from Twitter of people complaining about this & it’s heavily discussed on Reddit so this isn’t just “a few people” having this issue.)
While I’m here, I still haven’t gotten the newsletter right the new banner code and I’m subscribed on 3 different emails.

Yep. I didn't get my email, neither did my DbD duo partner despite us both being long-time subscribers to the newsletter.
The emails are so hit or miss. Sometimes I get ones that my duo doesn't, and vice versa. I wish they would just stop doing promotions this way because it clearly doesn't work properly.
As for support, I reached out 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back.
Edit: Not that I have any hope of support rectifying the situation. Everyone else I've spoken to has said support just said they can't do anything about it, despite the official DbD Twitter account telling us to reach out. What a farce.

Understand the frustration man. I have received every single newsletter but this month it decides to say nope you don't get one. I sent in a ticket yesterday morning and they never even bother to get back to me with a response.
They did give out a login for the Ace charm last year when lots of people didn't get a newsletter email so hopefully they hear us loud and clear again and send out a login or universal code

Didnt get my email either. I contacted the support. Maybe you could all do the same. If they realize how widespread this problem is, then they might not continue to distribute stuff this way OR rework their system.

After several back and forth emails with Support, this is the final response I got. I agree, just give a universal code at this point lol I actually feel bad that they're apparently having to investigate a free banner on my behalf and it could take awhile

I have only received the very first newsletter being the gambling charm or whatever
never received a single email after that

They finally got back to me this afternoon and gave me a code for the banner. I honestly can't believe it.. I simply stated that I did not receive the alchemy lab banner and have been subscribed to the newsletter for quite a few years. They went over my account and email and apparently everything checked out
I really hope you guys get your banner and your complaints resolved.. If you have any questions just ask I want to try and get you guys your banners too!

They confirmed to me that my email was on the mailing list yet still wouldn't send me a code

Sorry that you are having trouble hopefully they send you the code! I told them that I had not received the banner and my email tied to the newsletter they sent a code to me

I'll see tonight. I was going to leave it but after seeing others getting codes just by hitting up Support, I politely replied to their last message just letting them know I was disappointed by my experience with them. I made sure to mention that I'm seeing other players claim they're getting codes from Support and if they can please clarify for me exactly why I apparently don't qualify for one.

Another reason they need to stop the newsletter codes. Some people are getting them from their agent but others aren’t?
