Healing Progress Bar Not Showing Progress

See attached. I ran into basement to heal with Strength in Shadows and the progress bar did not fill. I did heal as normal, but there was no visual indication of how much progress was being made. This was on Hawkins against a Doctor. This happened all 4 times that I went to the basement to heal during this particular match.

It's June 6th, 2024 and the healthbar bug is still here.
In this case I had to mend first and then try to heal with no healthbar progress.0
