PSA Don't bother going downstairs on the new map as killer
The downstairs area of the the new map is so ridiculously strong for survivors it's not worth chasing them down there.

Yeah the whole map is a joke tbh. You might as well afk on most killers. Might get a rework in a year or something.

It's not a joke and far from being unwinnable as killer. You just need to completely ignore the entire underground part which, admittedly, is a testimony of the map's design failure.

I get a lot of fun with trapper in this map

The portals are what ruin it for me. Every survivor does the same thing. No matter where you chase them from they'll just run to the portals. Worst map i've played.

Downstairs are the only good thing about this map honestly, everything else is total rubbish for survivors.

Terrific artwork and a lot of detail has gone into downstairs. Hats off to devs for the effort.
As for killer well that's a different matter.
As it's so survivor friendly perhaps killer can just give a guided tour pointing out paintings etc.

Would be feasible if there was more than 2-3 hooks downstairs.

Unless you're trapper. You can just put someone on a hook downstairs, and trap all around. GG

I'm so confused haha. I haven't survived once on the new map, and maybe twice have one or so other people survived on it. In my experience the killer only has to stay either above or below, as the gens are easy to patrol, and the ones up the top are in corners which means there's only 2 points of exit, and since there's no windows once those pallets are gone it's a dead zone in a corner.

The portal to vault to portal is broken AF. On some killers like wraith and any other mobility or range killer it isn't a big deal but bring a M1 and it's a disaster.

plus only 1 to 2 hooks will spawn in the dungeon making it the perfect hook deadzone if you got breakdown or a sabo

There is a literal infinite portal chain loop, if the killer chases you near main building you can force them to drop chase unless they are nurse/blight.

Hm, I haven't found that yet. Well they should definitely change that, infinites are no fun. Update, I have now survived once on the map! A trickster was farming the whole time haha but I mean at least I know what it's like to reach those gates now lol
