Opinions on exhaustion perks that dont give a speed boost?

How do we feel about exhaustion perks that give like a lets say an increase in altruistic healing speed or some other buff thats not haste or even some other effects

    it's called headon. If it doesn't do anything too consequential (like say your quicker healing example) - then it's called Iron will
