On live Thanataphobia says it reduces action speed by 6% up to 24%, which doesn't match up with the patch notes.

Did 24% go live, or did they just use the wrong description text?

    24% not going to live. This was reverted to 16%

    Yes, but the current live Thantaphobia reads 24%

    Not sure if that's just the text or the actual effect, though
