Console player survivor movement speed decreased.

Ever since the chaos shuffle patch myself and friends who play survivor on console, mainly PS5 have noticed that there has been a very noticeable change in movement speed for survivors. We seem to be moving much slower then we should be. It is not our controllers as I saw a post about that in the forms. Killers are moving way faster then then should be without having any haste perks or addons. This has made us not want to play as we can't even get around a decent loop once.
