Vittorio's Build and Protect Shirt Shoulder Texture is bugged.

It has been like this since release and I always forgot to report. The model is same as the twitch shirt but something is wrong with what you call "alpha textures" on the Build and Protect shirt. There are squares instead of the teared up look.

First pic is what is should have been looking like.

Second pic is how it looks like.
