Can someone help me out?

So, I've been playing dbd for awhile and for the past 3-5 weeks my character has been like stuttering to move forward and I'm not sure if it's dbd demanding too much internet or my internet being terrible. Can someone give my ideas to at least try and make my internet better.

    what is your current setup?

    We would need to know which platform you are playing on, Ethernet or WLAN connection, do you see the red ping indicator in-game, what’s your internet speed supposed to be - maybe run a speed test online.

    Do you play other online games and are those running smoother or same problem?

    I play on playstation , and this is the only game this happens on, I'll be on cod on my internet is perfect. No red ping indicator either, it's just my character refusing to go forward or backwards, I can only walk sideways.

    then i would assume it’s not your internet connection but something seriously wrong with the game on your side.

    Can you try to completely deinstall DbD and the reinstall it? On PC there is also an option to automatically verify game files - is that possible on a PS?

    Can you make a short clip showing your characters behaviour?
