True Healing - An idea to help some healing perks

There is an issue currently with a handful of the healing perks in Dead by Daylight, specifically the ones that grant healing progress under some condition that doesn't involve the Healing action specifically. They are countered far too much by the Hemorrhage Status Effect.

The main perks that come to mind are Reactive Healing, Solidarity and Resurgence. These are notorious for becoming far less useful when Hemorrhage is in play.

I have an idea to solve this problem, "True Healing", the name is kind of a placeholder, but here's how it works.

True Healing acts sort of in the same vein as a Brand New Part, it gives unregressable healing progress. The only way that True Healing can be lost is by entering either the Healthy or the Dying State. Being afflicted by Deep Wound will keep the progress available for after you mend, and Hemorrhage will not regress it.

Here is a mockup of what such a thing could look like:

Not only does this prevent the above perks from being disproportionately countered by Hemorrhage, it could even open up some new concepts for Perk ideas.

For example, one that I had would be:

When you are Unhooked, (Perk) activates for 20 seconds. If you are hit during this time, you gain 50% of your missing Healing Progression as True Healing.

This would mean if you are hit by the Killer coming off of a hook, manage to escape and Mend, you'll be able to heal up in half the time. The only reason it lasts for 20 seconds is so it can synergise with Borrowed Time, getting hit into the Dying State would not award any True Healing. This idea would also stack with Resurgence, and would leave you with 85% True Healing in total if you are hit during the Endurance window.

Anyway, that's my idea. I hope this is considered in order to make these types of "Remote Heal" perks less frustrating to use.

    This was something I originally wanted back when most hemorrhage was still permanent until healed, but now that most hemorrhage perks and addons have a time limit I don’t think this is really warranted anymore.

    Also fwiw, Solidarity already doesn’t get affected by this that much because you do not lose its heal progress to hemorrhage while it’s actively being built up (ie. for as long as you are healing the other survivor). So if you heal them and then they start healing you right away afterwards then you won’t lose that heal progress anyways.

    Pretty much every addon that just applies Hemorrhage is still permanent. It only really has a timer when still tied to Mangled.

    I think this measure is still warranted for these specific perks, especially for Reactive Healing. It literally works against you when you have Hemorrhage.

    This sounds like great idea to nerf Syringe. Hemmorrhage is designed to nerf these types of perks. Even then, it doesn't do a good job because survivor can heal before any of it is regressd.

    Syringe should be nerfed to only grant 50% total healing progression. this healing progression cannot be regressed.
