Are you sick to death of farming killers?

With at least one out of every four games now a farming killer, DBD is rapidly becoming unplayable. How can the game be played if the killer won't kill? It is well past time that Behaviour actually does something about this. And if the response is to report the killer, then when can console players expect a streamlined reporting process? Reporting on a console is a nightmarish process to go through.

So, what action can we expect from Behaviour on the farming killer issue?

It is nice to know that this platform is read by the development team. Have a nice day to each and every one of you. Other than this issue, you have done a pretty good job so far!!!

    I'm adding a P.S.

I've played four games this morning.

Two were the same farming doctor with the masquerade eye badge, the third was an infinite blink hacking nurse on Dead dog, and the fourth was the same farming doctor again.

This game is becoming more unplayable by the day.

    P.P.S.

Game 5 is a farming Blight.

TThis Is my final game. This is outrageous! This is completely unacceptable. Sort your game out Behaviour or more people will be leaving.

I'll click your little post game thumb if you want to track the games down to see for yourself.

But I won't be wasting one more second in DBD until this issue is fixed.

Sorry, but this stretches credibility. DM me and add me and we can duo queue and you can play against actual killers.

Kinda funny farming is considered an issue...

From what I remember it is not really reportable anyway. As long killer won't get out of their way to punish players who won't cooperate, but even for that killer basically needs to team up with other survivors to break rules.

idk man most of my games are barely farming killers and honestly sometimes farming killers help us survivors with farming for challenges and stuff and usually those killers only pop up like 1 out of like 20 games for me

I dunno about you i get 1 farming killer after 60 triple tunnelers/campers/team sluggers and dont mind the break. You may have just gotten very unlucky with the matxhmaking giving you the same farmer 4 times in a row while you prefer hacking nurses, maybe just wait about 5-10 minutes to que again so he gets stuck in a round and u can get more hacking nurses

Since its mostly Doctors, I believe he's referring to farming bots. Those are definitely bannable.

I've personally only seen 1 in at least 12 months though, so OP has some terrible luck.

    Doesn't sound like afk bots...

I quite often farm, where I usually do it, because I need some specific challenges, or just want more BP with 5 cakes.

If survivors, don't want to play along, if they just go an point at hook, I kill them. No big deal

Disregarding how incredulous I find 5 farming killers back to back including the same Doctor three times to be (I don't think I've had more than 1 in 20 killers farm this entire event, are you playing with crossplay turned off or something?)

Yes I think farming is incredibly irritating, and there are other ways to go about it.

A decent game that's not heavily one-sided will net you as many points as a farming game, and I often go for high point games where "everyone wins". You just play normally until everyone is hooked twice. Hell even sweat a bit to get those 2-hooks on everyone if you need to. Then, you ease off and mess about a bit, without failing to chase survivors. You still chase, you still down, you slug a bit, you go find someone else. You give them space to pick up and you regress gens without camping them so they eventually get repaired. Everyone ends up having a good time, particularly if the survivors can't tell that you're farming. You then decide who you're going to let live and at the last minute, let them escape.

But just standing there watching survivors do gens without hooking anyone, isn't accomplishing anything. You're all bored, and you'll all likely end up with low scores, because you need to make hooks and hook rescues.

No idea what you are doing but i rarely get a farming killer.

    Absolutely not.

This is a rare occurence of some players still can have fun and be nice. It is a welcome change from some of these mean players that try to spoil everything about this event.

Got some today as well - i would love a farming killer sometimes.

When you get to high mmr it won't be an issue. Didn't have a farming killer for months now. Only AFK ones.
