Reworks now higher priority?
To me It seems killer reworks are a higher priority seeing how we are now getting a rework to The Knight and there was a attempted rework for The Twins not long ago. I hope this means theres a higher chance of reworks for other killers who need them like Freddy and Myers in the future.

His kit is just a bit outdated, so no big reworks just something to bring him a little up to date

He’s very outdated and poorly designed.
Tombstone Piece makes him broken but without it he’s arguably bottom 3.
He needs to lose his Insta-kill add ons and have some more power shifted into his base kit.

His point gain is also really low compared to other insta-down killers like ghostface. i'm not sure you could max deviousness without perks to increase point gain or 4k bonus. Add-on rework and power touch ups could do wonders but i don't think he'll be above mid-tier or even lower mid-tier.

And unlike the other Insta-down killers he also can use up his entire power.
He’s also the only killer left who can basically lose their entire power.

Mostly true. He keeps his faster vault speed and small terror radius. He's kinda like Freddy in that he still has SOME power, but loses a good bit by endgame.

Isnt it a bit weird that almost every single killer needs a rework?
Maybe the 3month-ratio is too short for BHVR for doing it right from the start. Speaking of myself, I think a new chapter every 3 months is too much even for me as a player.
3 Chapters per Year is enough, instead much more bugfix-patches and Perk-/Killer-Updates would be nice.

Eh I don't really consider his reduced terror radius a 'power'. It's like counting Wesker's 40m and Hag's 24m terror radius' a part of their power.
Yeah true that Freddy loses some power, but Myers can lose basically everything.
Both need changes badly.

I wouldn't say almost every... There is maybe like 5 killers where you need rework.
Everyone else is either no, or small changes needed.

Myers reduced TR is basically the entire reason he's considered a stealth killer. It's a little bit different, lol.

I would love it if they reworked his power to be like how he is in movies. Where he can stalk a survivor and then just disappear and show up unexpectedly somewhere again lol

Play as him for a few weeks and you’ll see how limited he really is. Against good (not great) Survivors, he struggles a lot.
Tombstone, while powerful, isn’t all that great against Survivors who know how to numb in a locker, latch onto a gen or vault so he can’t kill them. If the Survivors play while being attentive and deny him Stalk, most of the gens could be completed before he could even proc it. It actually gets super boring pretty quickly when you hardly get into chases because you’re trying to juice people and finally proc it when 4 gens are done and the final one is 50% complete.
He is fun to play as with Scratched Mirror. But even then, he’s too slow to chase Survivors and his Lunge is so short you’ll be whiffing a lot until you get used to it. It’s just fun if you’re going into the match with the intent to scare, not kill.
Not saying he is weak, but he is dated and frustrating. He’s definitely fun against people who don’t know his counters. I just hope they don’t change him too much. It’s nice how his add-ons completely change up his play style. It’s also nice that he can put fear and dread into Survivors like no other killer can. I just hope they can tweak it to make it more fun for both sides without neutering him.
At the very least, I hope they don’t touch Scratched Mirror. It’s the only reason I play him.

It's nice they're actually going back and doing stuff to help out killers they released in terrible states. Would be nice if bugs that happen rather consistently and ruin chases were fixed.

Fair, but I think that kind of makes him a pretty bad stealth killer haha. He kind of requires Monitor or Dead Rabbit to even become stealthy in tier 2 in the first place.
The main aspect of his power is Tier 3. Without that he is just a generic M1 killer with slightly tuned stats. While other killers can run out of parts of their powers at some point, like Freddy, they don't lose the main part of it. They still have some power they can utilise where as Myers just gets some altered stats. He's very outdated and needs a rework because of it.
Now Freddy is a completely different issue where even when he does have his powers they aren't even worth it. His Snares are some of the worst anti-loop and require people to be asleep and his TP has a huge cool down and as you said gets weaker as the game progresses. While he doesn't technically lose all his powers at any point his powers aren't even that great in the first place to justify all the downside that he may as well not even have any powers most of the time haha.
Freddy should be at the top of their rework priority list with Myers just behind. It's disappointing that neither have received anything yet :(

Yeah... I've been relvling all my killers to P3 since getting my PS5 and Freddy... is actually one killer I've been dragging my feet on. I use to consider myself a Freddy main.
