Invocation bugged against blocked generators
Steam - PC
If you use invocation while Corrupt Intervention is active, the invocation charge reduction does not apply to the generators. As indicated in the picture, I am broken from invocation permanently but the charges are not reduced. In addition to this, I went into KYF to ensure this was not a visual bug - it is not a visual bug. The gen still takes 90 seconds even though it should not with invocation.
I have not tested this, but I am almost certain that this bug would apply to any generator blocked by the entity. For example, if I invocate and thrilling tremors is active on all gens - my educated guess is that none of the generators would get the charge reduction from invocation. I assume would also apply to the more common perk, grim embrace as well.
This bug is easy to replicate, just use invocation while a generator is blocked.
This occurs frequently, any time a generator is blocked.

This has previously been confirmed to not be a bug, but rather by design.
It's silly if you ask me, but this is working as intended.

Oh, huh. That is a very….interesting design choice. I wonder if it's by design or if they just don't want to code it. If I spend that long in the basement and become permanantly broken the entire game - I think that is quite silly to get negated by, for example, the killer hooking someone and activating grim embrace for 10 seconds. Or thrilling tremors on picking someone up. That is a terrible design lol

@OnryosTapeRentals do you have the link to the thread regarding it not being a bug? I'd like to read through it. Also, is it just the timing I'd have to watch for? In this match the killer had thrilling and ruin. So if I had cleansed ruin first, and then made sure to not finish the invocation while thrilling is active, the invocation would have been successful?
