Whats the fastest a killer can possibly be?

I think it might be hag?

110 but with waterlogged shoe, she's 117.5.

Plus PWYF for a total of 15%, which makes her 132.5%

With batteries included, that's another 5%, so the total now is 137.5%

With rapid brutality, that's yet another 5%, so now it's 142.5%

Now put on machine learning and every time a comprimised gen is done thats another 10% for 30 seconds. Which is. 152.5%.

Is that the fastest any killer can be?

    Wraith with double Windstorm moves at 166% movement while cloaked.

    Add 15% from PWYF, 5% from Batteries, 5% from Rapid, and 10% from Machine Learning and he can get up to 201% movement speed while cloaked.

    But if you want it to be someone who can attack during it, then I think it would be Clown as he moves at 125% speed under his yellow bottles. So he would be 160% with all of that. 165% with double haste add ons.

    Also having 3 stacks of PWYF and Rapid active at the same time is pretty difficult since you would have to lose a stack to activate Rapid. Wraith would still be the best for this since you could cloak immediately and break chase.

    EDIT: Oh wait I forgot about Shadowborn, which is 10% while blinded. So if you replace Rapid with Shadowborn the fastest they can get to is 206% and 170%. And Hag would 157.5%

    All those speed boosts are additive then are multiplied against the base killer movement speed, so the 7.5% by the shoe increases the speed from 110 to 118.25 not 117.5

    This applies for almost all speed boosts, so PWYF is 15% * the killers base movement speed so on hag it would be 1.265 instead of 1.25

    So to truly calculate it take all the boosts it would be .15 + .7.5 + .5 + .5 + .10 = .425 increase, so 1.425 * 110 hag = 156.75 or 6.27m/s instead of 152.5 or 6.1m/s that yuou

    The answer is Dredge. During nightfall, his locker travel speed is 38 m/s, which is faster than any killer can go with any addon/perk combo.

    I think they mean like regular movement, also the fastest then would be hag, singularity, and unknown with their near instant transmission with a (previous) max range of 60m on hag and a infinite range on singu and unknown

    Rapid Brutality requires you to M1 a survivor, meaning you will lose a stack of PWYF so get rid of Rapid because it will do nothing.

    Teleportation is not a measurement of speed. There's no in between from going from 1 spot to another.

    With a limit of distance teleportation and the fact it takes at least a frame teleportation has a measurement of speed. Hag can teleport 60m it takes 1 frame, assuming 60fps 3600m/s. Technically unknown and singu would have a similar speed but theirs is limited by largest map corner to corner which is probably rpd west wing.
