I wonder if it's possible to make them acessible in the Store but ONLY if you had gotten full outfit of the non-Deep Rift version of the outfit.
Not sure if it should be full 1 080 Cells/21 600 Shards but I think it's worth exploring that avenue in my opinion.

    Hello, I like that idea, but it dosen't need for the need to have the normal rift version.

    Instead i would suggest: after a rift closes. It's rewards could be bought in the store after a rift closes. Like a personal Rift store. A page dedicated to rift reward pages.

    They can make any cosmetics available whenever they'd like so yes, but my suggestion would be just remove the battle pass in general and find a different way to sell paid "content" in a already paid game with no actual content.
