Oblivious and Undetectable should hide Lullaby
Oblivious and Undetectable are useless on killers with Lullaby since the Lullaby gives them away. I don't think there's a good reason not to. Killers with Lullabies:
- Huntress
- Nightmare
- Onryo
- Trickster
- Twins
Asides from Huntress, I don't think the change would significantly impact the killers. Though, Huntress still makes the windup sound and she generally needs LOS to land hatchets, so you should still be able to see her. Onryo would need to be changed so that Demanifestation has the same effects as Undetectable but Lullaby still plays.
In the past, Red Stains and Killer aura were shown during Undetectable, which made Undetectable much weaker than it should have been. I think Lullabies have the same problem and should be added to that list of exclusions.
Also, from a semantic standpoint, killers aren't really Undetectable and survivors aren't Oblivious if they can hear Lullaby.

Wouldn't this just make Freddy's lullaby non-existent and him completely silent to sleeping survivors because sleeping survivors are Oblivious?
Victor also doesn't gain access to any of your perks so this wouldn't effect him (and honestly rightfully so since a silent Victor would be too strong). I also don't think Huntress really needs a buff right now.
Trickster doesn't even need a lullaby. If they want him to be heard from further away then just give him a larger terror radius like Wesker and then he can use stealth perks fine.

Forgot about that, but it's a probably a buff Freddy should get considering how bad he is.
I also don't think Huntress really needs a buff right now.
I don't think stealth Huntress will be strong. I think it will more of a "for fun" build for trolling survivors. Stealth perks are unpopular in general.

lullaby is outdated design. i don't think any killer should have a lullaby. it should just be a TR and that is it. Victor is probably only exception because he is like small…. although it would cool if there was an add-on that made his lullaby silent. Maybe iri add-on, that silencing cloth add-on? That would be kinda cool.

Their reason for it is the source material and the atmosphere it brings. From a balancing point she doesn‘t need it. I would like if they made it map wide or something like that.

For atmosphere you can just give it like 10 meters radius arouch each TV. That would work no?
Not really a need to force it on stealth killer.
Or make it simply global and every survivor is going to hear it whenever she is demanifested. Doesn't really matter that much for her stealth and you get even better atmosphere.2 -
I'm just going to add in something, no matter which Undetectable it is, Wraith or Sadako, add-ons or whatever, Undetectable should not scare crows.
