Accessibility - Player Name Font and Health Bar Size Decrease

I'm visually impaired and use the Large Font option in the accessibility menu. Today's change made player names and health status bars DRAMATICALLY smaller. My UI scale and In-Game HUD scale are at 100%, and toggling the Large Font option does not increase the size of player names or health status bars. Is there font size slider elsewhere that I don't know about? I depend on a larger scale UI to be able to play the game and was honestly surprised to see this change without an accompanying accessibility update.
