Grade my perk ideas
Insult to injury- when you pick up a survivor, you can now destroy pallets, walls and gens. Doing so will pause the wiggle timer by 3 seconds
Invocation: Golden rule: when finishing the invocation, all survivors get permanent 25/40/50% speed boost to healing

Ghoulish: when ever the killer uses their power, you see their aura for 3/4/5 seconds. This has a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Broken toys: when your item ran out of charges, use the button prompt to refill it whenever you have an add on to that item. Whatever add on you have will give more charges base on its rarity. But you will lose those add ons.
Brown: 10/20/25%
Yellow: 30/35/40%
Green:45/50/55%
Purple:60/65/70%
Iredecent: 80/90/100%

Animalistic instinct: when you break a pallet, all survivors in your terror radius suffer from oblivious for 40 seconds

Insult to Injury: That would be okayish, but not a huge amount of value. There are definitely times I've wanted to kick a gen while carrying a survivor, but
Golden Rule: I don't know the direction they want to go with invocations and whether just boosting the survivors is on the table - this also falls into okay. You could set up a circle of healing in much less time/risk for a stronger impact and are only giving up map coverage.
Ghoulish: Killer power is way too variable for this. For some killers you'd see them constantly, others it could be pretty rare. Don't like this one.
Broken Toys: That seems way too strong. When an item is depleted the addons are worthless, getting recharges would make incredibly powerful medkits and toolboxes.
Animalistic Instinct: That sounds fine.

botany knowledge+invocation is 100% healing speed.
If everyone uses self-care+botany, you get ~22 second healing. that is old circle of healing.
problem is that toolbox highest rarity add-on is green. it is only 55% restoration. this is old version build to last felix perk which restored 50% of an item for first time after depletion.
It is slightly better build to last for med-kits if using a styptic agent for restoration.
I cannot see any combination where the perk would excel at. You can make infinity lasting flashlights using odd blub+battery but nothing else. keys and maps are unpopular and nobody uses them anyway.

So I feel like alot of these are either way too strong, or too weak. But the last one, that seems cool, could work with thwack

Heres some i forgot
(This i changed into beast of prey) False hope: you become undetectable for 40/50/60 seconds at the start of the trial. This perk deactivates when you hit a survivor.
This also gives 2 seconds to all stealth
