Issue: When Wesker uses his power to slam you, your body becomes deformed. This issue does not happen if Wesker uses his power to throw you, only the slam.
How often: I have played about 5 Wesker games and it has happened every game, every time he does the slam, it does not matter who you are playing it happens to everyone that I've played with.
