Flashlight bug when using flashbang

Hi, I believe there is a bug when using flashbang and then flashlight. After using the flashbang, when I go to use flashlight, its pointing at the ground. It's almost impossible to get it up to eye level with the killer. I think there's a weird interaction going on there. When I just run flashlight by itself I'm not having the issue, so I think it has somethign to do with the flashbang perk. Thank you!
